The St. Lawrence Center for the Arts in Toronto presents a series of public forums on various topics, at regular
intervals.
The usual format is that a panel of advocates present
their views on the topic of the evening and then the public is invited
to pose questions and comments.
This particular session was organized by the CBC Radio One on Feb 9, 2005, moderated by Shelagh Rogers.
An abbreviated version of the proceedings was broadcast
a week later on "Sounds like Canada"
